P21 tax form

Hi,looking for some help,I need to get a P21 for my daughter but as I work in N Ireland my employer is unsure of which form to ask for up here.Has any one here got one or now the right form to ask for,thanks in advanced for any help.

Hi

You want a "tax balancing statement", but because the tax years are different for the UK, you have to get the one that ends for the relevant year, in your case AFAIK it is for 2014. If you can, I would submit all the most recent.
