    Hi all,

I ordered some computer parts off Komplett the other day, they arrived via UPS to the Cork Depot yesturday and are out for delivery since 7am.

Problem is, it's now 9.15pm and no sign of my parts.

I'm worried where they are or if they have gotten lost or what's going on, I doubt I'm getting them tonight?

Or are UPC busy enough to arrive late, late around this time of year?

    Thanks.

    It just gets better.

The tracker has now updated to notify me a "First Attempt" was made.

I have had my parents stay home all day to receive this package and not one van pulled up outside the house, nevermind knock on the door.

I am absolutely outraged at the petty efforts of the UPS driver.

and was any leaflet dropped in? its a very busy time for couriers with mental online sales and delivery taking longer.

No leaflet, no courier has showed up at all today, I've had both my mother and father stay at home at different times to make sure someone was here all day as I was expecting the delivery today. I'm worried a second attempt will be made tomorrow and can't guarantee someone will be home all day so it will probably be monday now before I get anything.

Unfortunately their site won't allow me, unless I sign up to some UPS club thingy which isn't available in Ireland. It was an order from Komplett so not sure if Komplett gave them my contact number on the parcel.

    So frustrating.

Did you get your parcel on the second attempt?

If you haven't got it yet, ring +353 1 52 45446 and give the tracking number. You can request a different address or hold for collection instead, otherwise a third attempt will be made before they return to sender.
