I purchased a Whirlpool dryer AZA8781 in March 2015. It is the one with a heat pump. We only started using it in the last six weeks. Unfortunately the clothes not drying properly. No matter what setting we use be it cupboard dry or extra dry the clothes come out damp. We have to repeat the same cycle two or three times to get the clothes nearly dry. I have put in a service call for the machine. Anyone any experience of same advice appreciated.:(
