windows 10 in german

I bought Windows 10 from hardwareversand.de , The windows set up screen is in german, can i go ahead and install and then change to english later or do i need to return for an engish version?

You won't get an english version from a german retailer.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Select the same version you bought - except in english. Download the ISO and burn it to a USB or DVD. Then use the licence key from the one you purchased.
