Disconnected because we wont pay for a package we never agreed to

    Earlier this year my wife agreed over the phone with eircom to upgrade/change our phone & internet package. During the call she was offered evision which she said she didnt want but was told she could take it on a trial period. Roll on a few months and the trial period suddenly without any agreement turns into us being billed for tv which we never wanted. We paid for charges on the phone and internet but wouldnt pay for the overcharging for evision. We wrote to eir in November looking for conversations over the account to which we have received no reply as of Today but in the last few hours have had our phone and broadband disconnected because of incompetence and bully boy tactics by Eir trying to force us to pay for somthing we never agreed to or wanted.
