    Hi

I am in the process of making cat houses to to shelter feral cats, and I am looking for donation of some small amount of straw, so I can put some inside their shelters.

Anyone willing to donate/provide some, please get in touch.

    Thank you for you collaboration.

    Rony

What are ferral cats? Would keeping them on slats be cheaper?

It's the latest measure for GLAS. You can put up bird boxes, bat boxes and now feral cat boxes.

Youd buy a small square bale for two euros . Off done deal. It would bed a lot of cats.

Would you be able to tell me where in South Dublin I could buy some?

You'll get some on Done Deal. Just Google it. This is one. https://www.donedeal.ie/farmproduce-for-sale/8-4-3-bails-of-wheaten-straw/10411606
Though, I can't figure out how you'll get feral cats to use it!

Those bale measurements are in feet. They're not small.

I know that. It's just to give OP an idea of where to go and what's available.
