On the subject of "pre" wiring a room of any sort : CONDUIT - don't embed the cables in raw plaster : If anything breaks ( HDMI cable etc ) conduit will enable you to fish it out.
If your Modem is not going in the same room run a few long network cables to the TV / Sky Box / Games console.
Factor in not having the Panasonic forever and run a cable for a powered sub to some point in the room.
On the outside an optical down from the TV , encase your TV/Panasonic cant use ARC.

You'll need 2 cables for the sky dish otherwise you won't be able to record 1 channel while watching another.
I'd also run 4 CAT6 cables if you can. 1 to plug into the TV in case of dodgy wifi signal, 2 for a HDMI Extender if needed, 1 spare.
