    Hi All,
Im Getting a new Android phone for wifey for Christmas and I'm wondering how Im going to transfer contacts to the new phone from her current phone which is android as well.
We were with O2 and now with Three. With O2 we were able to save the contacts to their website and download to the new phone but this option doesn't appear to be available with Three. It would be handy if we were able to transfer her text messages as well.

    Thanks
    Johnayo

If your wife has a google/gmail account she just signs in to the new phone with that and all her contacts will restore to that device.

The link below will go through it in more detail:

The Samsung Smart switch app seems to work fine and is very easy to use.

Some (if not all) smartphones can do this via Bluetooth (depending on model of phone and contact list format). Takes about 10 seconds.
