    Hi I received an email regarding Powering Rewards. Is this a legitimate offer from Electric Ireland or another Phishing email?


    Also, by signing up for this am I being entered into further contract conditions/period with electric Ireland?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Powering Rewards is Electric Ireland's customer rewards programme, which began in March 2014. Powering Rewards emails have indeed been circulated recently - to promote the current competition for tickets to the London premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

    The website is https://www.poweringrewards.ie/ if you are interested in registering there. There is no contract at all for Powering Rewards - the only requirement is to be an Electric Ireland customer, and once you register for it, you can avail of its offers.
