    Find a company that will offer you an apprenticeship. There really is no other way. Finding the company will be the hard part. Without giving more information about yourself it isn't really possible to offer more advice. Might be worth your while to ring every local company. Even if they aren't looking for an apprentice straight away they might be in the future and you will have your name down with them.
