Does anyone know what has become of the six wonderful Harry Clarke windows which used to grace Bewleys? It looks as though that long-cherished landmark is just being torn to shreds; the best we can do, I guess, is hope at least those windows are in a secured storage facility.

They should still be there when Bewleys reopens. I've no idea if they remained on site during the renovations, or if they were removed temporarily to a safer location, but there is a preservation order on them. They can't be just tossed into a dumpster.
