I'm not sure whether to join the afs or casualty service. The afs is a bit of a put off because they don't do much but train apparently and rarely get duties. If anyone has any insight or opinions that would be helpful, thanks!

Used to be I n CD in Louth and they never pigeon holed people like that usually people did say basic afs for a few months while some did casualty but then after a while you got the option of swapping out and in general whenever there was any duties it was all hands on deck?
