Death Penalty for Corrupt Politicians?

After watching last night's RTE special it seems to me that because we only ever had meaningless 'tribunals' dealing with political corruption in this county creates a situation whereby these sociopathic Irish politicians have come to believe they are entitled to kickbacks as there will be no serious consequences. So the problem continues.

The only realistic solution I can see with dealing with political corruption in Ireland is the Chinese method. Bullet in the back of the head while they are holding a pair of rosary beads and saying a decade.

No, crime does not fit the punishment. Or other way around???? Just no.

No, no, no. That is just ****ing idiotic. Yes some elected officials might be taking back handers and bribes. Yes it is wrong. Yes those caught should be punished. But it is not like they are having their opposition imprisoned and tortured.

Of course taking a wedge of cash is worse than murder, rape, paedophilia and all those offences that do not attract the death penalty.

Slow driving is another I'd add. Corruption and slow driving...

Bit harsh. I'd save the death penalty for people who hum made-up tunes.

We should just go with the Logan's Run model. Once you hit 30 you're finished.

Throw them into a septic tank just to hear them beg for their lives.

Would be better if they just couldn't be involved in any election in the country and also voided any future pension entitlement.

Of course Bertie got rid of the death penalty written out of the constitution when he was in power because it was outdated. He spearheaded this. Maybe it was forward planning on his behalf because he's a treasonous pillock.

Yes, because we were just executing people left right and centre before then, and if course the EU and ECHR wanted us to continue.

Irish politicians seem to be notoriously dodgy. It's all about greed and whatever they can get while in power. It actually sickens me how fake and smarmy the majority appear to be.

Everything about them is fake to get votes. What a dismal existence.

    Mod:

Using an example of a country with a poor human rights record to solve corruption is not the way to go about things. Neither is fantasising about torturing/killing them.

Feel free to talk about the death penalty before choosing who to kill and how.
