Selling on a circuit court debt with a judgement secured

Hi, just a query on sale of unpaid debt.

I have taken someone to court during the year for unpaid debt of more than 10,000 euro. i have served a summons and have won the judgement against the same person through the circuit court.

This means i have an instrument of law to work with, however the courts are slow to follow up and serve justice against the defendant, who I feel will be able to play out the long game whilst i am out of pocket.

the defendant is in full time employment but seems to be happy with the status quo.

Is it possible to sell the judgement on to a willing third party (legally) and what kind of figure would i be looking at, for a judgement of 10K? I have heard before debt agencies will buy the debt/judgement in the right situation at a certain rate per thousand.

Any help here would be hugely appreciated

    rgds, Txatxu Urki
