Hi wondering if any body can shed some light a friends dad has a dual electric meter for the storage heating to charge at night, problem is the timer that switched over the meters is faulty, as in it comes on at random times and some times not at all, so he has to constantly check if it has switched over otherwise his storage heaters won't be hot. This is a picture of the timer, not sure if he is liable for it or is it the esb that will replace it. Thanks

Get onto ESB. Its their property.
They'll be only too delighted to change it especially if its coming on during the day and supplying someone with cheap electricity! !!
