Moved out of home - need help

    Hi,

    I just received a text message on my phone saying that my account is overdue. I can't call the number provided as i'm deaf. I sold the property in May 2015 and i've since learned that the buyer's solicitor has failed to do the necessary steps to register the ownership and i've been chasing him up on it

    In the meantime, what can i do to close the account at my old address? i don't have the WPRN number, what steps should i take to close the account at my old address.

    any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi ,

    My account with Irish Water is still active at my old address even though i paid the outstanding amount owed from when i was living at the old property. I left the property last May and it appears that i still have an active account with Irish Water for the old address. I would like to have the account closed as i'm no longer a direct customer of Irish Water. Can someone please get in touch with me in order to close the account?
