RCD Trips Intermittently

I've had this problem for a while now, and it's driving me batty.

The RCD will trip at random times, sometimes while I'm sitting watching the TV, or sometimes during the night when there's nothing on.

I have two fridge-freezers which obviously are powered all the time, but my thinking is that if one of them had a fault, then the RCD wouldn't re-set at all.

There could be weeks between occurrences, or some days it could go twice in an hour, but then be fine for days.

Any suggestions or advice welcomed.

Usually water, somewhere, causes this issue.
