No signal on RTE's on sky !!

Hi Could anyone help me out on this one, i cant receive any of the RTE's, TV3 or TG4, on my sky box, i can get TV3+1 and ALL the other stations, installer could not find a problem and suggested bigger dish. input 1 goes out when i view these channels, but input 2 is ok. Has anybody come across this before.

I'm not sure if it's relevant to your situation but my dish shifted during the recent storm. Symptoms of it as it got worse were breakup on Rte 1 and 2 especially.

Hoping someone more knowledgeable might be able to suggest if you should look at another installer or something along those lines.
