    Interviews for year head AP Post coming up soon.
    Anyone got any questions which I should prepare?
    What is the difference between contribution to school development and contribution to school organisation and management questions?
    Any help appreciated!

    school development would be new things/directions yould like to see happen in the future.

    Organisation might be current things like timetables/school calendar events timing/procedures for school tours/students signing in or out 'irregularities'.

    Management! Getting people to do things.... or even better... delegating.

    That'd be my understanding though so feel free to contradict.
    There was a thread on AP applications here about 2-3 months ago if you wanna search.
