Missing bill

    I received a CCDOM1PROCES letter today about not paying a bill.

    I haven't received a recent bill (it would have been due in November). Can this be reissued?

    Given the amount of grief I've had in Irish water putting two accounts in my name and delaying the water grant (I still haven't received it), a 50% credit wouldn't go astray. Add another 50% for not apologising. :)

    Hi,

    I'm really pissed off here. I give you everything. You give me nothing. You've cost me time and money, when you want my money.

    You have fncked up monumentally and you want me to jump through hoops? How about you do your job and send me a bill instead of a non-payment letter. You have my address, get on with it. It's the same address you sent the non-payment letter to. 

    The next step will be a complaint to the data protection commissioner.

    Now, can you tell me why you are charging me €65 per quarter? Water + waste water, single person household is €160/year, isn't it? Do I detect that you have messed up again?

    Do I have it right that I owe you €31.08 for the rest of the year, including the outstanding bill?

    Eh, no. You guys have negligently or fraudulently billed me. 

    You seem to offer 15 days credit from billing date. I would like a cheque by 8 January please.
