Smoke coming down chimney

Its always been a problem at my place but now i'm just tired of it. Cowl was fitted last year and the chimney cleaned but still the same story... Even a breeze would send the smoke back down... Any help would be great Thanks

Its always been a problem at my place but now i'm just tired of it.
Cowl was fitted last year and the chimney cleaned but still the same story... Even a breeze would send the smoke back down...

Any help would be great
