    That's a huge screen, it would take a very bright projector to give a good image and also consider the zoom needed to fill it. What projector do you intend to use? You can try filling in data in the link below. Recommended seating distance is approx. 1.2X screen width.

    Also, that seems very cheap for a motorised screen of that size and in my experience, you get what you pay for.
