When walker box turned off, channels seem to disappear and it calls for a set up to re install them. Doesn't happen every time but often enough to be annoying! Then when scanning, often says ' no signal received' but if it's left and tried again it detects them..
Is it the box?, connection? Box is about a year old.

Haven't come across that model before but that model no. appears to be manufactured by Vestel and rebadged by a number of brands Technika, Laurus etc.

If the box has a signal meter, what is the signal strength/quality reading?
What type of aerial are you using, indoor/outdoor/attic?
Has the lost channels issue been happening since you purchased the box?

I had a different Walker box and losing certain channels was also an issue, this I believe was a software issue with the that box. Not sure if this is a similar issue with your box. Check with the manufacturer of your box to see if a software update is available.
