    Hi IW,
    I have registered by phone with IW before first deadline of Oct 30 and up to this day I have NOT received ANYTHING from IW.
    No starting pack, no bills, no nothing!
    I choose to pay my bills by post but without having one is it not possible!

    Yet I'm receiving text messages from IW about my unpaid bills!

    Sort that out asap please!
