New development near Royal Oak

Just wondering what's being built in the country estate in the Royal Oak - it can be seen from a distance through the trees as you turn into Royal Oak off the Kilkenny Rd. It looks like something big and unusually shaped - a hotel maybe??

Thanks Molly that's probably it. I heard about the distillery development but didn't realise that's where it was going to be. It certainly looks impressive. Hope it does well and brings jobs and business to the area.
