    Hi guys,

My uncle received a new iPod for Christmas 2 years ago. He never used a computer in his life but he had an email set up for himself by a relative months prior to this.

He asked me today to purchase an album for him and upload it to his iPod.

Whilst doing this a software update installed on the device. After installation it goes through the process of asking for your iTunes ID etc. Issue is the email he used for iTunes account is long gone and he cannot remember the password - if he try's to reset the password it'll go the email address not active and from what I can tell the details entered into iTunes when setting up the account are not his.

Any one any idea how to get around this? Would appreciate any advice...
