This might seem odd and get no responses, but does anyone have any insight or info on the history of this writer and/or regular column, "Through The Glass Darkly" in the Galway Advertiser?

I assume it's written under pseudonym as a name search doesn't throw up much (Also I'm thereby not necessarily looking to publicly identify the writer). It's always a very sobering, interesting and well referenced bit of writing.

I don't even really know what I'm asking for here, maybe just to see if anyone else enjoys reading his/her articles. I am not him/her :)
