I would like to say I enjoyed that fight, and I guess I did to a certain extent but after a round or two it became very clear that De La Hoya couldn't cope with the speed and was a sucker for the left straight down the pipe any time Manny wanted it.

The speed and energy from pac man was unbelievable in this fight, must have been taking serious vitamins.

Precisely. Not up for discussion. On thread warning - no more of these disguised insinuations.

I don't care it was class. I remember getting up at the wee hours and watching it. I was wide awake by the second round.
It was sad to see Oscar go out like this thou. He was def weight drained and I remember hearing Freddie Roach noticing that he was on the IV drip to rehydrate himself after the weigh in

For anyone with a bit of time on their hands here's the coverage from HBO
