UPC (Virgin) Slow Broadband Issues?

    Hey all. Since about, 3PM Yesterdsay, my broadband has sunk from a usual 20MB to .90MB (max) and has been sitting like this since. I'm holding off on calling them because last thing I want is them to offer me alternative packages and so on. Just curious if anyone else has had a connection bottleneck. I boiled it down to the weather yesterday but at this point I think it's something else.

    My broadband worked fine for years now recently as soon as virgin media took over in fact its gone very bad for some reason:confused:
