    All,

Have annual test end of January, not ideal but was changed from sept on back of an additional spot check dept test a few yrs ago and stayed that way since..

Anyway, tested all weanlings i had privately last sep and sold most but still have handful left.

Question - am i restricted from selling these through mart now as i recieved notification of test in post yesterday or can i sell right up to day that test is scheduled to be done by.

I'm pretty sure you can sell any animal that's within test.
I had to send a cow to the factory two days before an annual test a few years ago. I told the vet this when he arrived for the test.
I think his reply was that I could have sold the whole herd that day if they were within test.

You can sell. I sold cattle due for test this year on day of annual test which was 2 days within. Vet asked where they were I said sold and that was that.
