Same directors in Management Company and Managing agent company - conflict of interes

In our Owners Management Company we have two directors. These directors have appointed a managing agent to manage our complex. The managing agent company has two directors. These directors are the same as the directors of our Owners Management Company. Does this constitute conflict of interest?
