EIT problems with TVHeadend, could you check a schedule?

I'm running Raspbian on a Pi with TVHeadend recording radio programs of interest. I'm seeing a problem with RTE Pulse where the schedule is off by an hour. However, I'm not seeing the issue on RTE TV channels (I need to dig into other radio channels). I'm just wondering if anyone with a similar setup (TVHeadend, VDR, etc. backend and pulling down EPG over EIT) could look at what schedule details they're seeing for RTE Pulse, next Tuesday between 9pm and 11pm (Keltik with Orla Feeney should be 9-10 but I see 10-11).

    Me too:
    Keltik with Orla Feeney
    Start Time: Tuesday 08/12/2015 22:00:00
    End Time: Tuesday 08/12/2015 23:00:00
    Duration: 60 min

I'm on TVheadend on a wetek play using an ID 15a4:9016 Afatech Technologies, Inc. AF9015 DVB-T USB2.0 stick

Thanks Niall! Good to know it's not just me. I was trying to figure it out myself by using dvbsnoop to capture the EIT data but that was a non-runner as well as going over and over my timezone settings. I can focus in on EIT data now I think.

Strangely I was able to get dvbsnoop working this evening - I'm not sure why; I spent a couple of hours trying last night! Comparing the schedule at http://www.rte.ie/radio/#! with a section of the raw EIT data for: The Late Debate and Keltic I'm seeing the following:
    Event_ID: 48598 (0xbdd6)
        Start_time: 0xe014220000 [= 2015-12-08 22:00:00 (UTC)]
        Duration: 0x0010000 [= 01:00:00 (UTC)]
        Running_status: 0 (0x00) [= undefined]
        Free_CA_mode: 0 (0x00) [= unscrambled]
        Descriptors_loop_length: 190 (0xbe)

                DVB-DescriptorTag: 77 (0x4d) [= short_event_descriptor]
                descriptor_length: 23 (0x17)
                  ISO639_2_language_code: eng
                event_name_length: 16 (0x10)
event_name: "The Late Debate" -- Charset: Latin alphabet no. 5

    and
    Event_ID: 20498 (0x5012)
        Start_time: 0xe014220000 [= 2015-12-08 22:00:00 (UTC)]
        Duration: 0x0010000 [= 01:00:00 (UTC)]
        Running_status: 0 (0x00) [= undefined]
        Free_CA_mode: 0 (0x00) [= unscrambled]
        Descriptors_loop_length: 97 (0x61)

                DVB-DescriptorTag: 77 (0x4d) [= short_event_descriptor]
                descriptor_length: 31 (0x1f)
                  ISO639_2_language_code: eng
                event_name_length: 24 (0x18)
event_name: "Keltik with Orla Feeney" -- Charset: Latin alphabet no. 5

In the schedule Keltic is 21:00 while The Late Debate is 22:00. So, it appears to be a source data issue. Im going to figure out who I can badger to correct the data (could be a wild goose chase)
