Wedding Venue Cost Comparison Spreadsheet?

Hi All -

Just a general thanks for all the helpful posts on this forum, I've already learned so much!

Just got engaged a bit over a month ago and will probably have a date summer 2017. Plenty of time, but I've started the hunt for a venue since they book up so early, to at least try to get place & date & a solemnizer booked. Everything else is bonus at this point

I've been trolling websites and even writing some emails, but all the hotel, restaurant & hall packages/pricing comes back with different things included and different things extra (just the extra charge for linen alone may rule out some places!!).

My H2B calls me the queen of Excel, but I was wondering if anyone out there already has a spreadsheet that is pretty detailed (down to how much wine or no incl drinks, child menu cost, welcome tea/coffee, extra course choices, uplighting/other deco, evening finger food, etc. ) that I could start with instead of creating one from scratch? I found a couple online, but those are more about venue fit. However, I think I found a few (~5) that will have a good fit, but now I need to compare the costs !

Any help would be appreciated.

after that we just filled it in and filtered as wanted. Some are numbers/names or yes/no marks in red/green.
