Insulation

Hi, I'm looking for advice regarding insulation for our house. House was built in 2006. It's a semidetached 3 bedroom, quite exposed to wind and rain. House is in good condition, no mold, good ventilation.

I got a quote from company here in Galway, 1600e for walls and attic. There is some insulation in the attic, but he said they can add little more.

Is it going to make such a difference so is it actually worth it? Obviously I would get more quotes. Or should I do thermal imaging and air tightness and then decide what to do?

I already upgraded boiler and heating controls, so if I do wall insulation, that is 300e for insulation and another 300 for doing all 3 things from SEAI.

Another question, how well these work to stop the draft and cold air coming in?

    Thanks a lot.

Got thermal imaging and air tightness test done. Conclusion of test was that there is no need to do wall cavity pumping, attic is the priority.
