Hi, I have one module that I have passed already but things aren't looking too good for the exam. If I fail the exam will it have any repercussions later on? I'm in first year btw.

    Thanks :)

Depends on your course and subject, or if your lecturer has pegged the exam as a "must-pass" component (which I've only heard of in professional degrees), but it wouldn't be unheard of to pass the module even with failing the exam. I've encountered a few folk on my course, Arts, who've skimmed by on the fact.

If you're in Arts, your 1st year GPA only counts if you're going for Erasmus, and doesn't count toward your degree GPA. So, mixed consequences on that front.
