Registration in error

    My Girlfriend and I returned from living in France last May, after finding somewhere to rent, I swiftly received an IW bill in the post, for Jan 1st to Jun 1st,  a period when we were neither living in the house, or the country! How could this be happening, and how did IW get this incorrect information? Seems ridiculous
