Can anyone help me with this. My father transferred both the land and the herd number to me in 2015. The land transfer went grand. The herd number was messy for some reason. Anyway I thought I had all sorted until I didn't receive the basic payment money this year. So I was told to get the 2015 bps form online but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone have a clue about this?

Transfer of entitlements should have being completed back when applying for bps last may think you need someone with experience to sit down and look at this

Would need a bit more info to make a call on this
Did you send in a BPS application last May? What did you send in then?
Had your Father entitlements in 2014?
There was no transfer of entitlements form in 2015.

I thought it was all sorted. I haven't much experience with all these forms. Was on to the department and she said go to bps/tear 2015 but I'm not coming up with anything

That is the "transfer of allocation right and reference value" form and it is not on line to the best of my knowledge. It was on line earlier in the year must have removed it. Get them to post one to you.

I've emailed them to send one to me. The amount of paperwork I've gone through since taking over the farm is ridiculous

It is better to phone them as there is no guarantee that they will even read those emails - they are very busy at present.

That form was meant to be submitted in June but since she asked you to sent it in now that is a sign they will accept it even though it is late. Best of luck.

From what I remember that is correct. I think they also require proof of land transfer.

I went through that entitlements transfer this year. I used the form attached to transfer my father's entitlement right and entitlement value to me.

    Complete sections 1,3 & 4.

If you are a Teagasc client or have an agri consultant get them to sign it otherwise a solicitor will charge you for the privilege.

Have the proof of transfer from the solicitor

I'm in slightly same position I had a teagasc advisor do mine but he never realised I'd to fill out a pcc form
