    Hi

    I've just registered on-line and can't see where to change the charge from water/wastewater to just water as the house has a septic tank.

    In order to update your account to include your septic tank, and ensure you are billed accurately, we suggest you call us on 1890 448 448.

    Our billing lines are open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 5.30pm on Saturdays.

    Once you call, a member of our team will be happy to assist you further.

    Hi, unfortunately the house is in a mobile black-spot and calls often drop in the middle of conversations. Mobile broadband is intermittent too.

    Isn't there anything that could be sorted on-line?
