Android 5.0.2 Icons ?

What do the "Star" & "blue circle" icons mean? The blue one pops up occasionally, no idea what triggers it! This is the Tesco Moto E 2nd Gen. on Vodafone.

The blue circle is the user icon. If you press it it will show your google logon name, and it will allow another user to logon. Dont know what the star is!

Blue Icon is user account
Star is priority notifications (the weird replacement for silent in Lollipop)

The star means the phone is to priority notifications and the blue is what would be your google+ pic should you have one or you can manually set it if you go to users under settings.
