got some laymans questions on The Employment Investment Incentive.

for eg. if I am a PAYE Employee.
Can I invest some money in my spouse/friends business and get tax credits?
I know all business won't come under this scheme.

will I become a partner or director by doing so?

what returns I can expect from the business other than tax credit?
interest? will there be something like DIRT on returns.
