Hi seanachai,

Thank you for your query.

A customer's account is personal to them, and Irish Water will not share information such as the balance or payments due to anyone but the account holder.

Thanks Niall, as there's only one meter for the entire house if the landlord comes knocking on my door and tells me he knows I haven't paid I'll know IW told him.
