Just for the sake of curiosity, for those of you who work directly with people with mental health issues:

Do you have many problems related to people self-diagnosing?

Do you have many people who come to you already convinced they know what condition they have?

    Are they ever right?

Does it create serious difficulties when trying to help to treat their condition?

no, most of them are right: they are complaining of being anxious or depressed or whatever.

it doesn't really matter; diagnosis is for psychiatrists, not psychologists

    mostly.

    no.
