People Carrier - Lease??

My sister has asked me to help her look into replacing their 8 year old Ford Galaxy S, as it's starting to break down quite a bit. She had talked about leasing as she is sick of dealing with repair bills but was told that leasing comes with a limitation of around 10k kms. She is normally doing around 35k to 40k per year so this seemed impossible. However, in the UK at least, I know that you can pay a premium for going over the 10k limit. Usually you can pay a set fee or per mile. The per mile cost i looked at was around 7p, so 10k would cost about £700.

Is it possible to do something like this in Ireland?
Are there any good resources about leasing here?
Anyone know of a good lease available now for a people carrier?

    Thanks Guys.

PS. if this is in the wrong section, sorry. Did a good bit of searching & this seemed most apt.

Private individuals can't lease a car in Ireland, no company offers this product.

PCP would be the closest thing to it but given the annual mileage that won't work for her either.
