If it is being carried out by the Public Appointments Service it will be more of a chat than an interview. There will be no questions looking to catch you out. It'll be stuff like 'how are your IT skills?'.

Also called for an interview at the weekend - is it very formal dress? Like a suit or would smart casual be frowned upon (skirt / top / blazer?) ? ? ?

It is very informal, I know people who have been in and out in under 5 minutes and some in under 2 minutes if they have done previous TCO stints, they scan over the information you have provided and ask you some questions based on it.

I had mine yesterday. Nothing to be worried about. Only a chat! Just asked me an example of customer service I had and then just generally about my work experience to date. Lovely interviewer and dress like you would to any interview ðŸ˜

Great! I found it grand and to my pleasant surprise I got an email two days later telling me I was successful! There are no vacancies yet but I am included in the list of people available for employment!:)
