Cost Of Building Slated Roof Over Flat Roof

    Does anybody know of a rough calculator to estimate the cost per sq. mt. of adding a slated roof on top of a flat roof (L-shaped wrap around extension/garage on side of semi- detached house.

    Was quoted for a 12sq mt shed.

    €5k for flat roof
    €7k for pitched roof (slates to match house) and the attic space floored for extra storage.
