How can I talk to the Water conservation grant section?

    Hello, there was some mix up with my account and I was issued with two WPRN numbers. I applied for my grant with the one sent out but wasn't issued a check - I have registered on time etc. I have tried to call 0761087890 but this number is not working. I would like to talk to someone please.
