    I was wondering what everyone thought a fair price world be for the below?
    - attic insulation (200mm knaus earthwool - 100mm already there) (including tanks etc.
    - Installation of light
    - Installation of ladder
    - wood flooring for half the space

    house is about 65sqm and terraced.
    Quotes seem to have varied wildly...are there grants etc available?

    I have also been offered 300mm over 200mm...would this make a big difference?
    What would you expect difference in cost to be?
