I was looking at these locks before, seem to be ultra secure and good reviews, you also can't get the key cut unless you have the code given at time of sale...

Yes that's what I would do, get it as close to flush as possible but I would think even if it had a 5mm overhang it would not be possibly to get the leverage on that to break the lock. Having it as flush as possible is best but it won't look the best from outside. Make sure when ordering your have the order right as to if it's the outside or inside that's the first measurement, I can't remember.

i have used lockandkey.co.uk for for ABS, yale superior and multi lock xp euro cylinders (not all for my house). Found them very good. Used parcel motel to reduce shipping. They will do keyed alike for multiple locks with the same key. Make sure you measure correctly - first measurement is from the inside to the center screw hole and the second measurement is from the center screw hole to the fornt of the lock. eg 35/50 would be 35mm inside and 50mm outside. Very nearly got that back to front on one order and just noticed it in time! I could not find what the major difference between the one star (yale superior) and three star (ABS and XP) but there is a good difference in price.

If that's the case I've just wasted my 10£ grrrrr, can I turn it around? Or am I being silly?
