    Has anyone bought/ used these?
Thinking of giving some as a gift this Xmas, but don't want to cause hassle for recipient if there's anything awkward about them.

From memory when you use them you dont get any change if the cost of the trip is less than the voucher.. not 100% sure on this but best to check the T's & c's

Just give the recipient cash with a Postit note attached saying to spend it on flights, far less hassle for all involved.

And I remember seeing somewhere there is a handling charge to use them!!!!

And if I remember... Only 1 voucher per booking or something stupid!!!

Ryanair vouchers are as useful as Anne Frank's drum-kit!!!!!

also you have to have the name exactly correct on the voucher as it is on the persons passport. They also can't be used if you are trying to book a one way from a country which uses a diifferent currency from the one the voucher was purchased from.

From Ryanair T and C "Any unused gift voucher balances will be reissued to the voucher recipient as a new voucher with the original expiry date applicable.*"

Yes -"A €2/£2 (or local currency equivalent) administration fee applies."

No-"A maximum of 4 gift vouchers can be used per booking, if the total flight price exceeds the value of the gift voucher(s) any price difference can be paid with by credit/debit card or with PayPal."
