Did anyone else spot a fireball Sunday evening? At approximately 8pm I was looking north east when just above the rooftops I spotted what at first I thought was a firework but it was falling towards the ground. It was green in colour and almost as bright as the moon. The tail left sparks in its wake which remained for several seconds. It was very bright and lit up the sky it passed through. My location is Charlestown Co. Mayo. Looking north east it appeared to traverse eastwards and lasted for about 10 seconds
